Here’s how EMDR intensives work

Half-day EMDR intensives are held in-person at our office in Manhattan (across from Grand Central). Onboarding and follow-up appointments can be scheduled virtually the week prior to the intensive and the week following.

One week after your intensive, we’ll meet for a 90-minute integration session to help process and solidify the work done during the intensive. This session is designed to support your emotional and psychological integration of the material, ensuring you continue to progress beyond our time together.

During the intensive, we will dive deep into EMDR reprocessing. This is your time to focus on traumatic memories, negative beliefs, or emotional experiences. With the safety we’ve established, you’ll engage in intensive trauma work that can lead to significant breakthroughs.
