We're offering a New Mom Therapy Group for mothers who gave birth in the past year in New York and New Jersey.

A supportive space to process the highs and lows of early motherhood, build community, and learn practical tools to navigate this transition confidently.









Group Focus Areas:


  • Building connections with other new moms

  • Feeling supported in decision-making (feeding, sleep, childcare, etc.)

  • Strengthening parent-infant attachment

  • Cultivating coping strategies for overwhelm and overstimulation

  • Navigating shifting relationship dynamics

  • Managing the invisible mental load of motherhood

  • Body-image and sexuality Postpartum 


Group Details:


  • When: Wednesday afternoon starting in April

  • Where: Virtual for NY and NJ Residents

  • Cost: $75 / session

  • Commitment: 6-weeks + one individual intake session

Salina Grilli, LCSW, is a Columbia-trained psychotherapist and the founder of Manhattan Modern Therapy, specializing in women’s mental health with a focus on perinatal mental health, trauma, and EMDR therapy. She helps high-achieving, anxious women navigate motherhood, birth trauma, and body image healing through a modern, relatable, and trauma-informed approach.

Jessica Doell, LSW, specializes in eating disorder recovery and perinatal mental health. She earned her social work degree from Fordham University and gained extensive experience working with mild to severe eating disorders at an outpatient treatment center before transitioning to private practice. With advanced training in perinatal and postpartum mental health, Jessica integrates DBT and relational interventions to help clients navigate identity shifts, emotional regulation, and healing their relationship with food and body.
